Shipping Information
We currently ship orders across the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, international shipping may be added in the future.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@swaggerlondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back to confirm availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email info@swaggerlondon.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
